These tiles have a thickness of 2 centimeters (0.78 inches) compared to the standard thickness of 0.9 to 1.2 centimeters (0.35 to 0.47 inches) for regular porcelain tiles. The extra thickness and density make them more durable and resistant to wear, moisture, heat, and freeze-thaw cycles.
